Details:

We focus on gentle yoga flows with an emphasis on the hips, shoulder, and lower back. We aim to improve mobility by linking our breath to the movements and gentle strengthening exercises to help stabilize the core & legs.  Cost: $3.00 donation is appreciated, but no one is turned away.
