Details:

Kidney PATH is for anyone living with chronic kidney disease or their caregiver(s). This is a free, virtual (Zoom), 8 week, 2 hour workshop with a 1-hour information session on 3/21/23 at 6pm. Participants will receive a free book and learn various skills to help manage their kidney disease and any other chronic health conditions. Register at nkfm.org/KPATH
